Job Description

Head of Commercial and Sales (Tier II Countries) will be responsible for revenue generation and delivery of the commercial KPIs with in the Tier II countries in East Africa.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain, and grow market share in technology solution in the East Africa Region.
• Accountable for achieving revenue as per agreed targets for particular solutions across the East Africa.
• Define and setup a transparent process to ensure that all solution targets are met as per the agreed targets
• Develop summarized and analyzed reports for the submission to the local CEO and Regional teams
• Understand the customer requirements and ensures alignment with the Product initiatives and enablement
• Develop and monitor the strategy in line with the financial KPIs and Annual Strategic Plan
• Understand customer and market requirements and promote and advocate creative thinking through agile team management
• Develop and implement operational plan for the innovation and enablement of transformational products and services by leveraging alliances and partnerships
• Manage and nurture a diverse team across multiple operations to develop, implement and manage complex solutions sales

Skills and Qualifications

• Degree in business management, or relevant experience
• Degree in Engineering
• 5+ years' experience in IT System Integration 
• 5+ years' experience in Enterprise software/ cloud/ cyber security sales
• 10+ years' experience in Sales Operations 
• 2+ years' experience product development
• 3+ years' experience budgeting processes and Finance 
• Technical knowledge in basic IaaS, PaaS and SaaS
• Employee supervision and management
• Sub-Saharan cloud market
• Ability to analyze and solve complex problems to achieve the correct outcomes.
